Cuddle up with your kids to watch a movie or savor conversations in the open living room and dining area, which is surrounded by natural light, plenty of space and relaxing modern artwork. Seating for eight in the living area.

Prepare snacks for your beach trip, have a family bake-off, or encourage the kids to help you prepare in the roomy kitchen. The kitchen island seats four and the dining rooms table seats eight.

Back porch has comfortable outdoor seating and overlooks the new in ground heated pool. Guests should note that an additional pool heating fee is required for each day a guest requests pool heating. Guest must request the pool heating and pay the fee by calling the OIA office during normal business hours at least 24 hours prior to arrival. Pool heating is only available when temperatures are 55 degrees Farhenheit and warmer.
