ONLY DOGS ARE ACCEPTED. The pet fee is $25/nighttime per pet and $200 per pet on stays 8 nights or longer, plus tax. A pet fee will be added after booking. No dogs are allowed without prior approval and payment of a non-returnable pet fee, per pet. Undisclosed dogs will incur a minimum $300 fine plus tax. Violation of our 2-pet max. policy will incur a minimum of $300 plus tax charge, per pet, plus the tenant will be in material breach of the lease, and grounds for eviction will apply. The pet must be removed from the premises immediately, and your reservation may be canceled with no refund given.

All service animals and emotional support animals must be disclosed at the time of booking to allow the agent to collect records and documentation to support the request in accordance with all state and federal laws. A pet fee will NOT be charged for true Service Animals.

Yes, leashed family pets are allowed on Wrightsville Beach, North Carolina from October 1–March 31, but not on the beach strand from April 1–September 30

Sea Scape requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement that will be sent to you via text message after booking. Sea Scape reserves the right to cancel your booking if the rental agreement is not finished within 48hrs.

You'll enjoy lower rates, greater selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at the beach and popular Southport attractions. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Southport vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
  • In the Southport area, The earlier your group can book a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The best properties are booked very early.   • Keep your rental home locked while you are out! Don't let burglars ruin your trip.
  • When it's time to leave, complete a walk-through to confirm you didn't forget anything. Remember to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Please make sure to walk through the rental one final time and look for damages to contents or the property itself. We suggest inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible).
