This 1,000 sq foot, clean and refreshed condo has plenty of sleeping room for a big family at the charming North end of Carolina Beach. Right next to the Carolina Beach fishing pier (under new ownership: new food menu, Tiki bar & more) & Freeman park, which is the only dog beach on the island.

Appreciate being close to the hustle and bustle of downtown Carolina Beach but sleeping at the quieter part of the island. Freeman Park has some of the best sunsets around and you can savor them all from the pier which is right next to our building.

Finding the best rental value:

  • Reserve your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually open a year in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families book their Summer vacations during holiday get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in the Southport area. Book your Southport rental in Fall or Spring to get the benefit of gorgeous weather while saving money and avoiding crowds. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during June, July, and August.
