Summary:
Just three blocks to the boardwalk and ocean, this 1759 sqft. 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath townhome on a corner lot is the slice of heaven that you were looking for. It features a one-car garage and 3 bedrooms on the first floor. From there you can head on up to the combined living and dining room that leads into a splendid roomy open kitchen. Off of the kitchen, you will find a cavernous covered deck to spend those relaxing beach evenings.

The Space:
On this floor, you will also find the laundry room and access to the primary bedroom! This town home is close to all of the fun Carolina Beach action.

Other Things to Note:
We also supply the following for each property:
A starter kit of one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, a trash bag, and dish soap. We also supply laundered bed linens, comforters, and 1 bathing towel and wash cloth per person. We do not supply any beach gear or beach towel. We have great rental companies on the island we would be more than happy to share the info with you. We also do not supply laundry detergent, body soap or shampoo/conditioner as we find everybody has their own preferences for these =) Please review our home rules prior to your stay

• The sooner your group can book, the easier your search will be. The best vacation homes are reserved very early. Booking your rental home up to twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and book your rental.
• Summer months are high season in the Southport area. To find the best rental home within your budget, we strongly suggest booking in Fall or Spring months. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at popular attractions and restaurants.
• Hosts and Property managers sometimes offer special rates for active duty military and veterans. Ask your property manager if rate reductions are available for your family before you book.
• Management companies and individual rental owners usually offer renters an option to purchase vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which costs 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for more information.
• Many management companies supply Southport area travel guides which often include money-saving offers, either offered independently by local businesses, or through a partnership between the rental management company and the business itself. • Don't leave anything behind! Before departing, take a walk through the rental to make sure you've collected everything. Re-check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
• Please make sure to walk through the property one final time and keep an eye out for damage. We recommend walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host isn't available, ensure that you take photos and video of the property to record its condition at check-out.
