The oceanfront patio is ideal for appreciating your morning coffee, taking in the salt air and relaxing after a long day at the beach/pool. A clean and comfortable stay is our absolute top priority. Come stay awhile!

The Space:
Dune Ridge offers a pool, tennis/pickle-ball court, beach access, and COMPLIMENTARY parking on the premises (2 cars, maybe 3 if you squeeze). Beach chairs and towels supplied!

The three bedrooms are each designed with comfort and relaxation in mind, featuring plush linens, quality bed sheets and intelligent TVs.

There are 2-3 carport parking spots for the unit and additional guest spots can be requested.

The unit is right on the beach and a fast drive to 'downtown Wrightsville Beach' where there is a plethora of coffee stores, eateries, bars and shopping.

Other Things to Note:
Community pool is open from May 1st-September 30th.
As a professional property management firm, we do require a signed rental agreement per the NCREC.
Inclement weather will not be grounds for any refund if within the cancellation period.

About the Area

Located on the beach, this condo is in Shell Island, a neighborhood in Wrightsville Beach. Mayfaire Town Center and The Cotton Exchange are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Halyburton Park and Wrightsville Beach. Aussie Island Surf Shop and Cape Fear Paddleboarding are also worth visiting.

Getting the best rental value:

  • Book your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules usually open a year in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families reserve their Summer rentals during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Summer time is high season in the Southport area. To find the best value, consider shifting your group's trip dates to the Spring or Fall seasons.   • Go through the property one final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We recommend walking through with the property manager whenever you can. If the property manager is not available, remember to take photos and video of the rental to record its condition.
  • After your trip, leave feedback! Property managers rely on excellent feedback to inspire more reservations. They'll be thankful for your review.
