This Villa has never before been a rental, and its caring owners have kept it in pristine condition. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite backsplash, and wood floors, while bedrooms feature plush carpeting. With new furnishings, beds, and refreshed amenities, your comfort is guaranteed.

Appreciate the fresh coastal air on the new side deck and upper deck with table and chairs, or on the lower level with a sleeping hammock and additional outdoor living space. There is a 6-passenger cart and a 4-passenger cart for island exploration.

Located in Bald Head Island, this vacation home is near the beach. Smith Island Museum of History and North Carolina Maritime Museum at Southport are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Kent Mitchell Nature Trail and The Clubs at St. James. Bald Head Island Information Center and North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher are also worth visiting. Take an opportunity to explore the area for water adventures such as swimming.

When to book & When to go:

  • To book the best vacation home within budget, we suggest booking in Fall or Spring months. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, greater selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of giant crowds at your favorite restaurants and activities.   • The earlier your group can reserve a home, the better your selection will be. The best properties are booked very early. Booking your rental home up to twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to plan and reserve your vacation rental.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner if your group qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners often offer their guests an option to obtain vacation insurance protection.   • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Locals can typically help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to see a beautiful sunrise or sunset, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for shopping?
  • Ensure you protect the rental owner (and your stuff!) by locking the property when you are gone, just like you would back home.
  • Don't leave anything behind! Just before departing, take a walk through the property to make sure you've collected all personal items. Make sure to check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Walk through the property a final time and look for damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the host whenever you can. If the host is not available, ensure that you take video of the property to record its condition.
  • Did your family have a wonderful stay? Many rental websites make it easy for guests to provide reviews. If your property and/or host was fantastic, they will likely appreciate your kind words. If anything was defective and they failed to fix it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your comments.
