IT IS AN INDIVIDUALLY OWNED UNIT. This unit has a ground floor entrance with interior staircase up to the second floor. End unit for more privacy. NO FAMILY PETS. NO SMOKING. VERY CLEAN.

Located in Southport, this condo is on the waterfront. Franklin Square Gallery and North Carolina Maritime Museum at Southport are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Old Brunswick County Jail Museum and Bald Head Island Lighthouse.
