Sit on the deck and count the boats as they travel by on the Intercoastal Waterway! This south facing penthouse condo overlooks the Marina at South Harbor with both sunrise and sunset vistas. Ideal for the couple looking to get away in style for a week or long weekend, or longer! This unit was formerly one of the suites at a bed and breakfast. THE CONDO IS NOT PART OF AN INN OR HOTEL. IT IS AN INDIVIDUALLY OWNED UNIT. This unit has a ground floor entrance with interior staircase up to the second floor. End unit for more privacy. NO FAMILY PETS. NO SMOKING. VERY CLEAN.

Close to everything you want to do at the beach! Public beach access is just a short drive (< 4 miles) or bicycle ride over the bridge. Other attractions:

Located in Southport, this condo is on the waterfront. Franklin Square Gallery and North Carolina Maritime Museum at Southport are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Old Brunswick County Jail Museum and Bald Head Island Lighthouse.
