Located ~15-20 mins. drive from Wrightsville Beach, UNCW, and the Mayfaire shopping area (depending on traffic); 5 mins. to downtown Wilmington (live oak pavilion/cape fear amphitheater) and the ILM airport, and about 30-40 mins. to Carolina Beach.

You'll benefit from lower rental rates, greater selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of large crowds at the beach and popular Southport attractions.

Reserving your vacation home 6-12 months before your vacation is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental home.
