Welcome to the Pilot’s Parlor! The Pilot’s Parlor is located in one of the best areas for everything in downtown Wilmington! Free parking is supplied! You are one block to the river and the award-winning Riverwalk, across the street from Bakery 105, and within walking distance of all the museums, stores, eateries, and nightlife. This cavernous garden apartment is in the cellar of the historic Hogg-Anderson home with a separate entrance and completely private space. It is the ideal home away from home for your Wilmington Vacation. Guests have access to the entire apartment. There is one bedroom with a queen bed, one single cot, and a couch. So you could sleep up to 4.

When to reserve a Southport rental home & When to go:

  • Summer months are high season in the Southport area. To get the largest rental for your budget, we suggest booking in Spring or Fall. You'll benefit from lower rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at the beach and popular Southport attractions.
  • Reserve your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules generally become available a year in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families book their Summer rentals during Winter holiday get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host whether your family qualifies for a discount.
  • Property management companies often offer customers an option to buy trip insurance.
