The Neighborhood:
Sundance Cottage is arranged for a sizable family or two smaller families. Should you require more than four bedrooms, inform us! The Sundance Cottage conveniently shares a gated private driveway with its sister property, The Bluemoon Cottage!

Other Things to Note:
1. NO EVENTS or exceeding the guest limit
2. Quiet hours from 10PM-8AM per the TOWB
3. As a professional property management firm, we do require a signed rental agreement per the NCREC.
4. Inclement weather will not be grounds for any refund if within the cancellation period.
5. Please notify our office if you’re planning to bring a pet as the following pet policy will apply: A max. of 2 family pets are allowed. ONLY DOGS ARE ACCEPTED. The pet fee is $200 per pet plus tax.
6. Dogs are NOT allowed on the beach from April 1st-September 30th (Wrightsville Beach rule- not ours!)

**All service animals & emotional support animals must be disclosed at the time of booking. A pet fee will NOT be charged for true Service Animals.

You'll benefit from lower rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of large crowds at Southport restaurants, tours, and activities.
• The sooner you can reserve a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The best vacation rentals are reserved very early. Reserving your rental property 6-12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to plan and book your rental home.

• Go through the property a final time and keep an eye out for damages to contents or the property itself. We recommend walking through with the property manager whenever you can. If the property manager is not available, take photographs of the property to record its condition at check-out.

If your rental property and/or property management company was fantastic, they always love to hear your praise.
