Pristine oceanfront classic. Located near the front of the privately gated/exclusive HBW, this alluring duplex offers the optimal arrangement. The mirrored North/South units provide for ideal fellowship yet separate accommodations; outside entry to each level. Each kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Enormous family rooms, shaded porches, sundeck, picnic tables, charcoal grilles, outdoor showers, LCD TVs (in Family Room and Master Bedroom), WIFI, and a private walkway to our world class beach. Washer/Dryer in finished utility room. Dune Deck only available as one unit (North/South together) during Prime Season.

Bed Linens (Beds in Bedrooms only) and Towels are supplied for Weekly Units only.

About the Area

Located in Holden Beach, this vacation home is on the beach. Lockwood Folly Country Club and River's Edge Golf Club are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Holden Beach and Big Beach. Magic Mountain Fun Park and Planet Fun are also worth visiting. Jet skiing, kayaking, and windsurfing offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling nearby.

When to book a Southport rental & When to go:

  • Summer is the most expensive season in coastal NC. Booking your vacation rental in Spring or Fall is our favorite way to save money on your vacation home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of desirable properties. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the high season.
  • Book your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally open 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups reserve their Summer rental homes during Thanksgiving and Christmas get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Property managers sometimes offer promotional rates for veterans and active duty military. Make sure to check with your property manager to see if special discounts are available for your group before you book.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners frequently offer renters an option to add vacation insurance protection.   • At departure, take a final walk-through to confirm you have not leave anything behind. Remember to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Go through the property one final time and look for any damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager isn't available, remember to take video of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • After your trip, leave feedback! Property owners rely on excellent reviews to inspire more reservations. They'll be much obliged for your feedback. Alternatively, if something wasn't as described, other families will appreciate that you share your feedback and help them have the best future vacation. Be fair with your review. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the host had any control over the issue, and if so, whether they responded expeditiously to remedy it.
