Offering two enormous decks, with a staircase leading to the ideal place to sun-bathe you will never want to go back inside! The fisherman in the family will fall in adore with the floating dock. Inside you will find a well-outfitted kitchen ideal for tasty home cooked meals. The living room offers a sizable TV ideal for movie nighttime, or even an intense game of UNO!



Accommodating up to 10 guests with 4 very comfortable bedrooms. Bedroom #1 offers a king bed with spectacular vistas of the canal, located on the 1st level. Bedroom #2 offers a queen bed with enormous windows, located on the 1st level. Bedroom #3 offers a queen bed, located on the second level. Bedroom #4 offers a queen bed, and T/T bunk beds, located on the second level. Everyone in your family will have a well-rested nighttime, ready for the next day's activities!
