Substantial open floor plan on the top floor with main living area including a entirely equipped kitchen and dining is ideal for hosting huge groups. The living room offers an giant upsized sectional and an ottoman that opens up to a tempurpedic twin bed for additional sleeping if needed. The master bedroom with king bed and a full bath are also located on the upper level.
A secondary living room is located on the entry 2nd floor with a plush upsized 6 pc. modular for those who may want a separate calming space. Also located on the 2nd floor is a full bath and the “surfer” room with a queen bed. Across the hall you’ll find the “mermaid” room with a queen bed that shares a full Jack and Jill bathroom with the “pirate” room which has 2 twin beds. Closets have air beds, additional sheets, and pillows if needed. A full laundry room is also available on 2nd floor. Both levels have decks on both front and back to relax and relax with water vistas.
