Let the vacation begin! The min. you step inside this striking coastal hideaway, you will immediately feel the day-to-day anxiety begin to fade away! This property was refreshed in the spring of 2022 with new floors, kitchen counters, appliances, paint, and more. The kitchen boast new stainless steal appliances, counter tops and state of the art wine cooler and new decor resides in each room giving you a really coastal vibe. You will find that the secondary living area upstairs has been attractively converted into a 7th bedroom. There is certainly enough space for everybody to spread out and relax! On the first level, you will adore the roomy open-concept living room/dining room/kitchen areas, complete with gorgeous vistas of the glistening Atlantic Ocean, and a real wood-burning fireplace! The modern kitchen is well equipped, and complete with 2 new stainless steal fridges, over the range microwave, flat top stove & wine cooler. You will appreciate the updated cabinets, countertops and lighting throughout. You will appreciate the convenience of the wet bar just off the kitchen. The enormous dining table has enough space for everybody to come together for family-style meals or playing games, all while making sweet memories! Also located on the first level, Bedroom #1 is complete with 2 Queen beds, TV, StreetSide view and private bath with tub/shower combo. Bedroom #2 is complete with 2 Queen beds, TV, StreetSide view and private bath with tub/shower combo. Bedroom #7 located on the 2nd floor has extraordinary vistas of the marsh and is complete with a Twin/Full bunkbed as well as a Twin/Twin bunkbed, sleeping 5. You will also find a modest seating area located in this room.

The 2nd level features Bedroom #3 complete with a Queen bed, TV, StreetSide view and private bath with a walk-in shower. Bedroom #4 is complete with 2 Queen beds, TV, ceiling fan, balcony access with oceanside view and private bath with a tub/shower combo. Bedroom #5 is complete with a King bed, TV, oceanside view and shared bath with a walk-in shower. Bedroom #6 complete with 2 King beds, TV, balcony access with oceanside view and private bath with a walk-in shower and separate jetted tub.

Appreciate a good book and a cool drink while rocking your days away on the covered oceanfront deck, accepting the sounds of the ocean to soothe your soul. Have lunch outdoors at the oceanside picnic table. Everyone will savor the diversity of having 3 covered porches and a sundeck for calming. Catch a glimpse of coastal wildlife in the marshlands from the rocking chairs on the covered front porch. Swimming pools are open each year from April 15 thru October 15. Pool heating is not available for this home. Pools are cleaned prior to arrival, and also cleaned mid-stay for 7 nighttime units.
