The unique staggered tons on the north end of the island offer an nearly ocean front feel and open vistas of the ocean despite being 3 homes back from the beach. There is a pathway leading from the rear of the home to the ocean and the lack of on street parking on Sand Dollar Lane gives this home a more residential and secluded ambiance.

As you enter “Del Ray” you are greeted by a exceptional open living space that is really the heart of this handsome home. A huge sectional couch provides a amazing space for the family to gather. Whether you are cooking, dining, or calming on the couch this cavernous room is the ideal place to congregate with appreciated ones and create cherished memories! Two dining tables boarder the kitchen and there is additional seating at the kitchen island.
