Offering four comfortable bedrooms, inviting living areas, and modern amenities, this appealing home is ideal for your next enormous family beach vacation or travel group hideaway. Stock up the refrigerator and prepare all your favorite recipes in the well-equipped, full kitchen and then dine together indoors at the adjacent table or out on the screened and furnished wraparound deck complete with your very own Tiki bar! About the Area

Located by the sea, this vacation home is in Long Beach, a neighborhood in Oak Island. Bald Head Island Lighthouse and Old Brunswick County Jail Museum are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Oak Island Golf Club and The Clubs at St. James. Bald Head Island Information Center and North Carolina Maritime Museum at Southport are also worth visiting. With jet skiing, kayaking, and scuba diving nearby, you'll find plenty of adventures in the water.

Sticking to a budget:

  • The sooner you can book a vacation home, the easier your search will be. The best properties are booked early. Booking your vacation home six to twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental property.
  • Summertime is the most expensive season in coastal NC. To book the largest rental within your budget, we highly recommend booking in the Fall or Spring. You'll enjoy lower rates, better selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of large crowds at Southport restaurants, beaches, and activities.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host if your group qualifies for a price reduction.
  • Property management companies usually offer their guests an option to obtain trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed trip time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel or extra gas expenses.   • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Neighbors can usually help. Who better to ask where to take kids for a treat, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fine dining?
  • Just before checking out, take a final walk-through to make sure you have not leave anything behind. Make sure to check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
