Make some of your favorite memories when you settle down at Ev's Escape. These pretty Sunset Beach condos are entirely updated and are located in a great location near many golf courses, eateries, stores, and of course, the water. Under the warm North Carolina sunshine, appreciate visiting the Sunset Beach Fishing Pier, the Sunset Beach Seashore, Bird Island Reserve, and the Swap Park - Zip Line and ATV Center. Inside Ev's Escape, get comfortable amongst the open-concept interior's soft furnishings and modern appliances. Hang out with your favorite people in the cavernous living room or in the tree-lined sunroom. When you aren't dining out, the full kitchen features stainless steel appliances and gleaming countertops - ideal for culinary pursuits! An additional kitchenette is available in the second condo. Both of the condo's bedrooms are plush and full of natural light. Don't worry about the weather as the interior is constantly kept cool thanks to central air-conditioning. A private washer/dryer and internet access round out the amenities.

Things to Know
The Sea Trail Village Activity Center (VAC), which includes indoor and outdoor pools, a meeting space, a tiki bar, and a restaurant, is closed until further notice for renovations.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to family pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Located by the sea, this condo is in Sea Trail, a neighborhood in Sunset Beach. Rees Jones Golf Course and Willard Byrd Golf Course are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Russell Burgess Coastal Preserve and Heritage Shores Nature Preserve. Ingram Planetarium and Museum of Coastal Carolina are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in the Southport area. To get the largest rental within your budget, we recommend booking in Fall or Spring. You'll enjoy lower rates, better selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of large crowds at your favorite Southport restaurants and activities.
  • The sooner you can reserve a vacation home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable rental properties are reserved early. Reserving your rental home up to 12 months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental.

  • Protect the property owner (and your things!) by locking the property when you are gone, just like you would back home.
  • Double-check the property to confirm that you've packed all of your belongings at departure. Check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Walk through the rental one final time and keep an eye out for damage. We recommend walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host is not available, take photographs of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
  • Leave feedback! Property managers rely on good reviews to drive more reservations. They'll be thankful for your feedback. Alternatively, if something wasn't as described, other vacationing families will will be grateful for your feedback and help them have the best future vacation. Be fair with your review. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the property manager had any control over the issue, and if so, whether they responded expeditiously to remedy it.
