Updated 1970's home, reminiscent of childhood vacations at the beach, provides a comfortable, calming home in a peaceful south end neighborhood. Painless access makes it just a 2 min. walk to the beach and a hop and skip to view striking sunsets over the sound. A bird sanctuary is a block away on the south tip of the island. Terns nest there during the summer. It's a great place for kids to bicycle, scoot or skateboard on kid friendly streets so between the beach, the sound, and the neighborhood, kids can spend tons of time outside. Entirely equipped kitchen makes it simple to prepare fresh seafood dishes for a family meal. Open floor plan accepts for ease of entertaining.
