Come and appreciate this inviting home with a two-story great room overlooking the canal. Private boat ramp for direct access to ICW and enormous floating dock. Flat screen HDTV in the great room and bunk room. WIFI with high-speed internet and expanded cable channels (fiber optic service). Stainless steel appliances. Extra refrigerator (new in 2024) in laundry room. Freshly rebuilt (2024) covered front and back porches. Screened porch with deck on upper level, both also rebuilt in 2024. Convenient beach access that is now handicap and family friendly, located between 915 & 917 OBW.

Bed Linens and Bath Mats are supplied for Weekly Units. No towels supplied but can be rented through Coastal Vacation Resorts.
