Villas at Oceanside is located in the serene coastal area between Sunset and Ocean Isle Beaches. These villas are the ideal blend of relaxation and adventure. Within close proximity to four award-winning golf courses, retail stores, eateries, exercise centers and beaches.

When making a reservation, you must be 25 to rent with us. We do not rent to locals.
All guests must sign an Affordable Generous Properties rental agreement and also submit a copy of their Drivers License to Affordable Substantial Properties. Also, the renter must be 25 years of age or older. Affordable Extensive Properties will cancel the reservation if you are under the age of 25 and or a local.

About the Area

Ocean Isle Beach is home to this vacation home. Museum of Coastal Carolina and Sunset River Marketplace are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Cherry Grove Pier and Sandpiper Bay Golf Course. Ingram Planetarium and Planet Fun are also worth visiting.

When to go & When to book:

  • In the Southport area, The earlier your group can book, the easier your search will be. The most desirable rental properties are reserved very early. Reserving your vacation home up to twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and book your rental.
  • Reserve your Southport rental property in Spring or Fall to get the benefit of beautiful weather while saving money and avoiding crowds. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Southport vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
  • Property managers sometimes offer discounts or promotional rates for active duty military and veterans. Check with your property manager to see if discounts are available for your group before you book.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners typically offer renters an option to obtain trip insurance. Trip insurance, which usually costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed time as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather, as well as evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance might be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for additional information.

  • On check-out day, complete a final walk-through to confirm you haven't forget anything. Re-check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
