The Space:
- Private 2 Bed/2 Bath. (upper level of duplex)
- Well supplied kitchen (coffee pot, french press, toaster, blender, pots/pans, dinnerware, silverware, cooking sheets, & more)
- Updated appliances (Full size refrigerator & freezer, stove, microwave, blender, & toaster)
- 1 king bed with highly rated 12” Zinus memory foam bed
- Queen size Murphy Bed located in second bedroom/office
- High-speed WiFi
- (3) HD Intelligent Roku TVs
- (4) Free Beach Chairs
- We supply bed linens & bath towels. Beach towels NOT supplied.
- We also provide enough hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, & trash bags to get you started upon arrival. However, if you are staying longer than a couple nights, please plan to supplement with your own supplies based on your personal needs.
- Please note that we do require a signed rental agreement.

Pet Fee:
- Please message us for pet approval prior to booking.
- Animals MUST be added to your reservation during the booking process. Once added, the $150 pet fee is supplied as part of the nightly rate (spread out equally over the course of the stay) and in the total price at checkout.
- Pet fee is non-returnable and is a flat rate for the stay.
- Limit is 2 dogs; no other animals allowed.
- Must pick up all droppings from pet(s).
- Dogs must be completely housebroken.
- Dogs are not allowed on furnishings or linens.

House Rules:
- NO SMOKING. If anything is smoked inside, you will incur a $200 fee for deodorization treatment.
- Check-in time is 4:00PM and check out by 10:00AM. Early check ins and late check outs are not available due to our COVID-19 cleaning protocols. No parking on premises before check in time or after check out time.
- Self check-in with keyless PIN code lock
- Please park on the left side of the driveway and pull as far forward as possible. Sunny Days is the top unit of the duplex, and the lower studio apartment is assigned the right side of the driveway. A max. of two cars may park on the property. Also please note that the Town of Carolina Beach does not allow street parking and will ticket.
- In order to avoid potential staining, please do NOT use bleach to clean anything during your stay. We have professional cleaners who will use bleach appropriately in between guests to ensure a high standard of cleanliness.
- Only stainless steel cleaner may be used on stainless steel appliances. Other cleaners will cause stainless steel to rust, so please do not use them on the appliances.
- Visitors must be approved by host.
- Be respectful of our neighbors. Keep noise volume low and no walking through neighbors yards.
- Do not burn incense, essential oils, or similar items. These scents are difficult to remove before the next guest checks in, and some guests may have sensitivity to smells.
- Guest must sign rental agreement.

Ocean Front Park and Federal Point History Center are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Carolina Beach Boardwalk and Odysea Surf and Kiteboard School. • Summer is the most expensive season along the coast of NC. Reserving a rental home in the Fall or Spring is our best tip for saving money on your rental home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of acceptable properties. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the high season.
• Reserve your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules usually become available a year in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups book their Summer rentals during holiday gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
• Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective vacation rental company or host if your family qualifies for a price reduction.
• Property management companies usually offer customers an option to obtain trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which generally costs between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for days missed as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel or additional gasoline expenses.
