Appreciate two ground-level bedrooms and two upstairs rooms; each room has access to an en suite bathroom. The cavernous layout features a coveted open design with a sizable center island in the kitchen and a well-appointed living room. Extras include central heating and air conditioning, a washer/dryer, cable TVs, and a DVD player.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to family pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is complimentary parking available for 4 cars.
This rental is located on floor 1.

Dock details: The lower boat dock is 8 x 16 with two cleats corner bumper and bumper running across the front. It has an upper deck with covered boat lift. The top deck is 12 x 16 and the ramp is about 40 feet long.




Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
