Location, location! Keep it simple at this calming and centrally located place. We are only 1 mile from Wrightsville beach & are on the Intracoastal Waterway! Watch the boats go by from your condo, go across the street for fishing charters, go next door to Got Shade to rent anything you could need for the beach (bicycles, kayaks, paddle boards, surf boards, games, umbrellas, etc.)Walk to many eateries that are on the water. Brewery right around the corner. Bicycle trail across the street.
The space
Appreciate this unique view of the Wrightsville Beach drawbridge and have your morning coffee while watching the boats go by. We provide coffee, tea, creamers, snacks, water, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Take a 20min walk to the beach or an uber since parking is expensive and then come back and appreciate a dip in the pool. End the day with dinner and drinks steps from your condo on the intracoastal waterway.

About the Area

Located in Wrightsville Sound, a neighborhood in Wilmington, this condo is near theme parks and on the waterfront. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Wrightsville Beach and Carolina Beach. When to visit & When to book:

  • The earlier your group can book a vacation home, the better your selection will be. The best vacation homes are booked early. Booking your rental property six to twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to plan and book your rental property.
