How to get the best rental value:

  • In the Southport area, The sooner your group can book, the better your selection will be. The most desirable vacation homes are booked very early. Reserving your vacation home 6-12 months before your vacation is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental home.
  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in coastal NC. Reserve your Southport rental home in the Fall or Spring to enjoy beautiful weather while saving money and avoiding crowded roads, restaurants, and activities. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to book a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Southport vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean?   • Walk through the property one final time and keep an eye out for damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the property manager whenever possible. If the property manager isn't available, take video of the rental to record its condition.
