About the Area

Located in Bald Head Island, this condo is near the beach. Oak Island Golf Club and Founders Club at St. James Plantation are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Bald Head Island Information Center and North Carolina Maritime Museum at Southport. Find your perfect rental home:

• Book your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules often open a year in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families book their Summer vacations during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
• June, July, and August are high season in the Southport area. To book the best rental home within your budget, we recommend reserving in Fall or Spring months. You'll benefit from lower rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at popular Southport attractions and restaurants. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to book a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Southport vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
• Some property management companies offer promotional rates for veterans. Remember to ask your property manager if rate reductions are available for your family before you book.

• Inspect the property a final time and scan for any damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the host whenever you can. If the manager isn't available, take photos and video of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
