This home and yard are roomy and fun. There is over 1500 sq ft inside and a huge fenced in back yard with a new sizable deck. The kitchen and dining room is newly modernized. Everyone has room to relax and play inside and out, including kids and dogs. It is in a peaceful neighborhood with nice neighbors. Close to beaches, eateries, and downtown activities. Unwind back at home with a fun selection of family games. Don't forget about the Fireplace in the game room and soon to be added, smokeless firepit off the back patio.
