Savor a completely equipped kitchen for preparing meals. Outside, relax in the fenced outdoor area. Nearby eateries offer diverse dining options. The entire home is open to the guests, including the kitchen items and the washer and dryer. The backyard also has a dining area to be used any time of day. The master bedroom has its own bathroom. The 2nd bathroom is in the hallway. In the dining area you will find a few games and books for your entertainment. Help yourself to the coffee bar where you can even add flavorful syrups to your morning caffeine. Guests have access to 4 intelligent TVs in the home. Feel complimentary to utilize the dressers and the closets in each bedroom. We provide paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, and a few cleaning supplies.
Allowable family pets include dogs only. $25 per nighttime fee after first 2 dogs.

When to reserve a Southport rental home & When to go:

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in coastal NC. To find the largest rental home within your budget, we highly recommend booking in Spring or Fall. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at Southport restaurants, tours, and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the high season.
  • Book your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules often become available a year in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families reserve their Summer vacations during Christmas and Thanksgiving get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
