A 4 bedroom, 4 bath oceanfront home that is located on the fashionable East end of the island. New floor downstairs and carpet in the upstairs bedrooms with new paint throughout the home upstairs and down including the bathrooms. The kitchen is freshly equipped with stainless appliances, granite counter tops, cabinet facings and white subway tile back splash. It's a must see, prettier than the photos suggest. Laundry room has been equipped with new washer & dryer. Outside savor the new upper & lower deck furnishings as well as new landscaping, planted palms & shrubbery, landscape timbers & gravel. Along with a new grilling area that includes park style stationary grille. Come & appreciate the magnificant ocean vistas from the both the new upper & lower decks & Get "A Wave From It All."
