Club Villas two-bedroom suites feature two queen beds in the villa and two queen beds in the mini suite. All bedrooms come with their own cavernous bathroom attached. When to book & When to go:

  • Reserve your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally open a year in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups book their Summer vacation rentals during Thanksgiving and Christmas get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Sunset Beach. To find the most suitable rental within budget, we suggest reserving in Fall or Spring. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at the beach and popular Southport attractions.
  • Some hosts offer discounts for veterans. Remember to ask your property manager if special offers are available for your group before you book.
  • Booking websites usually offer customers an option to purchase vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which usually will cost 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed days as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel stay or additional gasoline expenses.
