Club Villas two-bedroom suites feature two queen beds in the villa and two queen beds in the mini suite. All bedrooms come with their own cavernous bathroom attached. The Villa offers a living room with a separate dining area, a completely equipped kitchen (including a range, refrigerator with ice maker, and dishwasher), washer/dryer, plus a screened porch overlooking the resort's natural surroundings.

All guests must sign an Affordable Generous Properties rental agreement and also submit a copy of their Drivers License to Affordable Sizable Properties. Also, the renter must be 25 years of age or older. Affordable Giant Properties will cancel the reservation if you are under the age of 25 and or a local.

Book your Southport vacation home in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons to get the benefit of beautiful weather while saving money and avoiding crowded roads, restaurants, and activities.
