Located on the magical section of the east end of handsome Holden Beach, where second row is first row, this impressive home is only steps away from beach access, with a 180-degree unobstructed view of the ocean. Start your day watching the sunrise, and wind down with the spectacular sunsets.

Located on one level, the main bedroom has a full private bathroom with a walk-in shower and a king-sized bed. There is a private entrance to the huge back deck where you can watch the masts of the sailboats as they cruise up and down the intracoastal, with ocean vistas as well! The second bedroom is ocean-facing with a queen-sized bed, and adjoins the full hall bathroom with shower/tub combo. The living space offers a new comfortable L-shaped couch and dining table, with additional seating at the kitchen island. Both bedrooms and the living room have intelligent TVs – bring your logins to stream whatever you like. The front bedroom also has a DVD/BluRay player and a selection of DVDs for both kids and adults.

The enormous covered front porch offers a teak dining table as well as a Polywood seating set to relax on as you watch the waves, surfers, fisherman, dolphins and the occasional whale. Stretch out on the glider on the back porch or take a snooze in the shade on the hammock under the back deck. Kick back on the ground level seating set – new for 2024. And what's better, after a day of surf and sand, then a hot/cold water enclosed outdoor shower!

Conveniences include stackable washer/dryer, dishwasher, ice maker, Keurig/drip coffeemaker combo, enclosed hot and cold-water outdoor shower, hair dryer, radio, DVD player and DVDs, puzzles, books and fiber optic WIFI. The freshly updated kitchen is entirely outfitted with a toaster, toaster oven, blender, hand mixer, crock pot, stock pot, ample pots, pans, casseroles and baking sheets along with spices, dishtowels, potholders and dishwasher soap.
