Located in Ocean Isle Beach, this vacation home is on the beach. Rees Jones Golf Course and Leopard's Chase Golf Club are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Museum of Coastal Carolina and Ingram Planetarium.   • In the Southport area, The earlier your group can reserve a vacation home, the better your selection will be. The best rental properties are booked early.   • June, July, and August are the most expensive months along the coast of NC. To find the largest vacation home within budget, we recommend booking in Fall or Spring months. Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host whether your family qualifies for a reduced rate.
  • Property managers usually offer renters an option to obtain trip insurance protection.   • Don't leave anything behind! Just before departing, take a walk through the rental property to confirm you've collected all personal belongings. Check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
