The Citrus Beach Club is Ocean Isle Beach's premier oceanfront beach home. With 9 bedrooms + 9.5 bathrooms, this amenities-filled home is the ideal hideaway for sizable families. Sleeping quarters for 35! Freshly painted in 2023.

Appreciate visiting at the impressive Citrus Beach Club! This freshly constructed 9 bedroom luxury oceanfront property was carefully designed, constructed, and engineered specifically for our guests to create really unique experiences that last a lifetime. The property features roomy sleeping quarters for up to 35 guests with 9 bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom and huge 4K SMART TV including 85" in the living room. Additionally, the property is equipped with a heated pool (see note below), outdoor bar with TV and lounge with a fire pit, and of course, private beach access.

The ground level offers pretty outdoor enjoyment with a enormous pool lounge area, with a fire-pit, teak wood seating, and fabulous outdoor bar complete with sink and two grilles directly linked to the homes gas line so no need to change propane tanks.

The open main floor plan can be accessed via the property's full sized elevator or one of two main staircases. The cavernous main floor offers a living room, a bespoke chef's kitchen (with generous cabinet space), massive center island, and huge dining area, all brought together with a 20ft floor to ceiling glass door system providing uninterrupted vistas of the Atlantic Ocean leading out to the sizable ocean front deck (45'x44' and 19' covered). Three bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom, a powder room and laundry room complete the first floor.

Ascend the stairs (or elevator) to the second floor, which homes 6 additional bedrooms, including three extravagant master suites featuring king beds and private bathrooms with stand-in showers and jet tubs - all facing the Ocean.

All beds in the property are paired with top of the line memory foam beds.

Back outside, the second floor features a private master deck complete with sweeping ocean vistas and a beverage/coffee area for year-round enjoyment. Soak in the sunshine and island beauty while reclining in comfort. The home is equipped with two washers, two dryers, three fridges, ice machine, high speed wireless internet, and much, much more.

Finally, this property is entirely wheelchair accessible. The elevator was handpicked for accommodating wheelchairs large & modest, and 2 of the 9 bedrooms (one on each floor) are wheelchair friendly with walk-in showers and ADA doorways.

*Pool may be heated at guest request for $150/day surcharge during off-season months. Pool is heated by a 400 BTU liquid propane tank - the biggest & most powerful for the pools specifications. Please note there is a modest daily surcharge associated with heating the pool. If you wish to have the pool heated, please notify us ahead of time as it takes roughly 48 hours to reach the desired temperature. Lastly, the pool heater will automatically shut-off when the air temperature reaches below 50 degrees. Please keep this in mind; especially for winter months.

About the Area

Located in Ocean Isle Beach, this vacation home is on the beach. Museum of Coastal Carolina and Sunset River Marketplace are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Rees Jones Golf Course and Leopard's Chase Golf Club. Ingram Planetarium and Planet Fun are also worth visiting. Take an opportunity to explore the area for water adventures such as motor boating and other activities like birdwatching.

  • In the Southport area, The earlier your group can book a rental home, the better your selection will be. The best rental homes are reserved very early. Reserving your vacation rental up to 12 months before your vacation dates is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to plan and book your vacation rental.
