"A Captain's Cottage" is a true oceanfront delight, offering spectacular vistas of the shining Atlantic Ocean, as well as the most pretty Holden Beach sunrises and sunsets! This 4 bedroom, 3 bath oceanfront home is all one level, and located inside the handsome gated community of Holden Beach West.

Inside this striking coastal bungalow you will discover a sizable multi-level open-concept living space, including a casual sitting area ideal for reading, playing games or just appreciating the lavish ocean view! The refreshed kitchen offers a great space for cooking gourmet meals, with enough room for everybody to dine together. You will savor laid-back evenings sitting on the screened porch off the living room, also accessible from two of the bedrooms. You will adore both the ocean side and the street side covered porches. Unwind and relax with a cool drink on the enormous oceanfront covered porch, or take a much needed nap on the open sun-deck, while listening to the waves of the ocean rolling in. You will appreciate the convenience of your own private beach boardwalk leading from the oceanfront deck, quickly bringing you to the pristine sandy shores of gorgeous Holden Beach.

The Master bedroom offers a king size bed, with screened porch access and a full private bath with walk-in shower. Bedroom #2 offers a queen size bed, with screened porch access and a full private bath with with walk-in shower. Bedroom #3 offers a queen size bed, and shares a full Jack-n-Jill bathroom (tub/shower combo) with bedroom #4. Bedroom #4 offers a queen size bed, and shares a full Jack-n-Jill bathroom (tub/shower combo) with bedroom #3. For added convenience, the washer & dryer are located inside the garage.

Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
