Summary:
This oceanfront condo offers unobstructed ocean vistas and an open floor plan. From the living room of this 3 BR condo your attention is immediately drawn out the double sliding doors to the ocean. The ocean vistas continue from the main BR which shares access to the broad oceanfront deck via another set of sliding doors. Both guest bedrooms are extremely roomy This unit has an amazing location and is an simple bicycle ride to the boardwalk!

The Space:
We also supply the following for each property:
A starter kit of one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, a trash bag, and dish soap. We also supply laundered bed linens, comforters, and 1 bathing towel and wash cloth per person. We do not supply any beach gear or beach towel. We have great rental companies on the island we would be more than happy to share the info with you. We also do not supply laundry detergent, body soap or shampoo/conditioner as we find everybody has their own preferences for these =) Please review our home rules prior to your stay

Carolina Beach is home to this condo. Fort Fisher State Historic Site and Legion Stadium are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Carolina Beach Arcade and Four Hounds Distilling. Carolina Beach Boardwalk and Odysea Surf and Kiteboard School are also worth visiting.

  • Don't leave anything behind! Before you drive away, take a walk through the rental to make sure you've collected all personal items. Re-check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Inspect the property one final time and keep an eye out for damage. We advise inspecting the property with the host whenever possible. If the property manager is not available, take pictures of the property to record its condition.
  • Leave a review! Property managers rely on great reviews to stimulate new reservations. They'll be grateful for your review. Alternatively, if something went awry, other families will appreciate that you share your experience and help them have the best future vacation. Be fair with your review. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the manager could control the issue, and if so, whether they responded reasonably to remedy it.
