Bring the whole family to this ranch style, freshly refreshed, 1300+ sq ft home in Wilmington with walking trails, tennis and basketball courts. Home features 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, full kitchen, laundry, comfortable sunroom and an office space. All bedrooms have intelligent tvs and whole home WIFI. A 15-20 min. drive to Wrightsville Beach and Carolina Beach a 30 min. drive. UNC-W a 10 min. drive and Wilmington Airport 6.2 miles from the home w/ shopping, eateries and many amenities a few miles away. Family Animals are allowed but there IS a pet fee.

Bellamy Mansion Museum and Burgwin-Wright House are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Children's Museum of Wilmington and Wrightsville SUP.   • Book your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules usually open a year in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups book their Summer vacation rentals during Winter holiday get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Summer time is high season in Wilmington. Reserving a rental home in the Fall or Spring is our favorite way to save money on your rental home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of desirable properties.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host whether your group qualifies for a price reduction.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners usually offer guests an option to purchase vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any days missed as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance might be a a life-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for specifics.

  • At departure, take a final walk-through to confirm you did not forget any personal items. Check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Please make sure to walk through the rental one final time and look for damages to contents or the property itself. We advise inspecting the property with the property manager whenever possible. If the manager isn't available, take photos of the property to record its condition.
