You'll adore the front and back covered porches with a porch swing on the front and table/chairs on the back. There's a fire pit in the backyard ideal for cool nights. There's so much to do and see while you're traveling & exploring Wilmington and our charming beaches. 2 blocks to Greenfield Lake park, a year round birding getaway & the ideal place to appreciate nature with family & friends. The Cozy Cottage is close to historic downtown Wilmington with gorgeous tree-lined streets where you can discover close by parks, landmarks, & all that downtown has to offer. Located at the end of a cul-de-sac in a peaceful neighborhood setting with close proximity to eateries & entertainment.
