The first floor has two bedrooms and the second floor has the other two bedrooms. The upstairs den area offers a single pull-out bed. 'Prince of Tides' has central heat and air, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, HD TV, DVD player, and wireless internet access. Other amenities include a sitting area in the primary bedroom with a TV and a queen couch pull-out, covered porches, an enclosed outside shower with hot and cold water, parking underneath the home, and a private walkway to the beach. The second-floor bedrooms open out onto the oceanfront covered porch.

You'll benefit from lower rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of large crowds at the beach and popular Southport attractions. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the high season.
  • The earlier your group can book a rental home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable properties are reserved very early. Reserving your vacation property six to twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and reserve your vacation home.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host if your group qualifies for a special rate.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners typically offer their guests an option to buy vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which generally will cost between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed trip time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra gas expenses.
