Kayak or Stand Up Paddle out your front door to private Islands and creeks. Bicycle (2 min) or walk (10 min) to the beach. (Bicycle Units Supplied. SUP/Kayak discount units). Accommodations are beachy and comfortable, balcony vistas unmatched, and location and access unbeatable. 1 off street parking space included. All the amenities to make your beach vacation the ideal one. We are a private ran vacation rental and welcome you to stay as family.   • Reserve your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually open a year in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families book their Summer vacation rentals during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • June, July, and August are high season in the Southport area. Reserving a rental home in the Spring or Fall is our favorite way to save money on your rental home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of acceptable homes. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to book a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during June, July, and August. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Southport vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager whether your group qualifies for a special rate.
  • Booking websites usually offer their guests an option to add vacation insurance.
