Unwind with the island breezes and savor all that Holden Beach has to offer. The public beach access is just a short walk East of the home at 567 OBW. Inside you will find 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and plenty of space to relax. On the first level, there is one bedroom and bathroom along with the kitchen and living room areas. Upstairs you will find 3 more bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Embrace the warmth of southern 'Hobbspitality'! Savor a welcome set of starter amenities, including one roll of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, dish soap, and a sponge. All bathrooms include one roll of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap. Your beds are made with fresh linens and a lightweight blanket, so you can jump right into making memories rather than making beds! While we provide a lightweight blanket, we urge you to bring additional layers for your comfort. Please note that while top bunk beds, trundles, sleeper couches, futons, and daybeds will not be made, we will provide fresh linens for them.

  • Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, take a walk through the property to make sure you've collected all personal items. Check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Go through the property one final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We recommend walking through with the property manager whenever possible. If the host is not available, remember to take pictures of the rental to record its condition.
  • Did your group have a great stay? Most rental management companies make it easy for vacationers to provide reviews. If your rental and/or property management company was great, they always love to hear your praise.
