A well-appointed kitchen hosts modern appliances and a cavernous island for effortless food preparation. A standout feature of this home is ample, well-furnished outdoor space. You can savor vistas of the Intracoastal waterway from the patio and balcony and delight in a private heated pool and outdoor shower. Parlor poolside all afternoon with a good book or take a invigorating dip in the sunshine. After a full day of beach adventure, rinse off in the outdoor shower and utilize the washer/dryer for any sandy gear. Indulge in a glass of wine on the comfortable balcony, letting the sun set on another impressive day in heaven.

Additional amenities we adore in this home include a supplied Pack-N-Play, infant gates, a high chair, kids's puzzles, and central air conditioning for those warm summer months.
