Our home is located on a deep water canal with boat dock directly behind our home. Just steps away from the beach. Our home has 2 separate units. Lower has 1 king, 1 full and a twin. There is an upper and a level unit. Each unit is 2 bdrm/1 bath, separate kitchen and living rooms. I rent each unit for between $135-$200 nighttime. You can rent 1 unit or both units if you need more space. Each unit sleeps 6 or both sleep 12. Each unit is completely separate. See HomeAway property #163509 for more space. About the Area

Holden Beach is home to this vacation home. Lockwood Folly Country Club and River's Edge Golf Club are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Magic Mountain Fun Park and Planet Fun. Museum of Coastal Carolina and Ingram Planetarium are also worth visiting.

When to reserve a Southport rental home & When to go:

  • Reserve your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules generally open a year in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacation rentals during holiday get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Summer months are the most expensive season along the coast of NC. To find the largest rental for your budget, we highly recommend booking in Spring or Fall. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at Southport restaurants, beaches, and activities. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Southport vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
  • Hosts and Property managers sometimes offer rate reductions for veterans. Remember to ask your host or property manager if special offers are available for your family before you book.
  • Property managers frequently offer renters an option to obtain trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed trip time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel or additional gas expenses.
