This lovingly decorated space filled with antique treasures and pieces by local artists is designed for creating lasting memories with family and friends in a comfortable and safe environment.

With plenty of places to sleep and entertain it’s ideal for all types of groups!

This home is brand new and this will be our first season! We have an experience management team and we can’t wait to have you!!

This home has been ideal for our sizable family and that’s what we want to share with everybody else. Whether it’s enormous groups or multiple families, this home can accommodate it all. With two living rooms, tons of beds, and plenty of space for entertaining the group!

As you pull up, we have plenty of parking and a two car garage that’s got all you need! An additional refrigerator, games, and beach essentials. Then, coming into the home, there are two rooms to the right. One has a queen bed and the other has 2 bunk beds, ideal for the kiddos! Between these two rooms is a full bathroom.

As you make your way down the hall you’ll hit the huge laundry room and flex space! This flex space really is multiple purpose. It has a pull out bed so it can be a 4th bedroom, but is also great for a movie, a little separation for the kids, or game nighttime!

Moving to the back of the home you hit the main living area that’s wide open to the kitchen and dinning room. The kitchen is completely loaded and has a HUGE island!! Right on the other side of the dining table is your access to the back that has a modest table and is FULLY FENCED! Kid and pet friendly!

Finally we come to the master suite that is cavernous and has a great bathroom and walk-in closet. This really is a great place to appreciate the NC coast and all the modest towns around it. We can’t wait to have you!

The entire home is all yours! Entire the home, fenced back yard, and vacant lot next to the home for all your needs.

Southport vacation rental booking tips:

When to reserve a Southport rental home & When to go:

  • Summer months are the most expensive season along the coast of NC. To get the best vacation home within your budget, we suggest reserving in Fall or Spring months. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, greater selection, beautiful weather and the absence of large crowds at local restaurants, tours, and activities.
  • Book your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules generally open 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families reserve their Summer vacation rentals during Winter holiday gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host whether your family qualifies for a special rate.
  • Property management companies frequently offer their guests an option to purchase vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any days missed as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance might be a a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask the property owner for more information.
  • Often, rental management companies and vacation rental houses supply Southport area travel guide magazines which include money-saving deals, either offered directly by local businesses, or by way of a relationship with the property management company and the business itself. You can also find Southport visitors guide and coupon books at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers.

Planning, selecting, and booking your prefect Southport rental home:

  • Choose a group leader, select your trip dates, and select a maximum budget.
  • Decide how many bedrooms and the bed configuration you need. Coastal Eve Retreat-pets, fenced yard, beach gear, and more! has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
  • Specific information regarding bedrooms and bed sizes & counts is regularly available on booking websites. If you don't see them listed, call the host before booking the home. Remember that most listings specify the max. guest capacity, which usually includes sofa beds in living rooms. You will need to determine what is suitable for your family.
  • If there's a certain Southport destination you crave, look for properties that are either near by, or those that cater especially to your requirements.
  • Suitable accessibility amenities can make or break a vacation for guests that require the use of a wheelchair. .
  • Some rentals allow pets, but others do not. Allowable types of family pet, weight and breeds may be restricted, and additional fees may apply. Ask the property manager about your furry family members before booking.

Tips for your stay:

  • Add the host's contact information to your smartphone. Print and take a copy of arrival/departure procedures.
  • Upon arrival, record any issues with the rental property and immediately alert the property manager. Record all coorespondence.
  • Ask questions. You may need instructions for a hot tub, intercom or coffee maker. Contact your property manager. They are there to help! A brief phone call can prevent quite a few problems.
  • Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking policies can make a stay more pleasurable. You will increase your chance to make local friends, and resident neighbors are a great source for finding the best local attractions.
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Residents can often help. Who better to ask where to take kids for a treat, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for shopping?
  • Ensure you protect the rental owner (and your stuff!) by locking and securing the home while you are gone, just like you would back home.
  • Re-check the property to confirm that you've packed all belongings at departure. Check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Record a video to document the condition of the property.
  • Did your group have a terrific vacation? Many rental websites make it easy for travelers to provide comments. If your rental and/or host was terrific, they would love to hear it. If anything was out of order and they failed to address it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make a note as part of your comments.

Victory Beach Vacations

Visitors who are on the hunt for the postcard-perfect vacation rental in the heart of the Carolina Beach or Kure Beach area will find an enticing selection and plenty of friendly customer service when they rent through Victory Beach Vacations. Based in Carolina Beach in the coastal Cape Fear region, Victory Beach Vacations has more than 100 vacation rentals in all shapes and sizes to ensure that every vacationing family can find their dream home away from home on the beach.   When you book your Cape Fear getaway with Victory Beach Vacations, the fun doesn’t end when you leave the beach, it continues with an array of privately-owned properties outfitted with all of the amenities needed for a fabulous beach vacation.   Jenna Lanier, General Manager, explains that her family first opened the rental and property management business in 2002. At the forefront of Victory Beach operations is Lanier’s mother, Caroline Meeks. Meeks is both the Broker in Charge and co-owner with husband, Buck Meeks, who manages the Field Services team with Lanier’s husband, Scott.   For nearly 20 years, the Victory Beach team has worked tirelessly to establish a network of top-of-the-line rental properties for Cape Fear visitors to enjoy. “As far as our properties go,” explains Lanier, “they are all updated, well-furnished and appointed. “We have always performed post-cleaning inspections and since the pandemic, have put freshly laundered duvets over all of the comforters between rentals.”   Lanier emphasizes how important the guests experience is “we strive to give our guests a relaxing, stress free, memorable vacation.” This emphasis on customer service has led to Victory Beach Vacations having a 4.8 Google rating with over 300 reviews by happy owners and guests. In addition to Victory Beach’s superior sanitation practices, the company offers properties for every type of visitor. Choose from luxury oceanfront houses and condos to more reasonbly priced 2nd row properties with oceanviews. Many properties include pools and hot tubs as well, perfect for outdoor entertaining, and many are dog friendly.   Lanier also notes that all properties are within walking or driving distance to Pleasure Island’s main attractions – Carolina Beach and Kure Beach. The former, as described by Lanier, is the more commercialized of the two destinations and features a boardwalk, outdoor dining options and a plethora of weekly activities including fireworks, live music, amusement park pop-ups, and movies under the stars. Kure Beach offers a more residential feel with its fishing pier, intimate restaurants and family favorite, North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher.More water fun awaits, too. “There is a harbor and a canal that feed into the intercoastal. We have several properties on the harbor so guests can bring their boat, kayak, [or jet ski] and travel between islands,” says Lanier.   A stay with Victory Beach Vacations is an annual pilgrimage for most. “A large percentage of guests are previous guests. Some even reserve the same property for the next year as they’re checking out,” Lanier says. “It’s almost like it’s their personal vacation home.”   Even before guests arrive at their vacation destination, the Victory Beach Vacations’ website greets them with a live beach cam and exquisite aerial footage of both Carolina and Kure Beaches.
