With plenty of places to sleep and entertain it’s ideal for all types of groups!

This home is brand new and this will be our first season! We have an experience management team and we can’t wait to have you!!

This home has been ideal for our enormous family and that’s what we want to share with everybody else. Whether it’s sizable groups or multiple families, this home can accommodate it all. With two living rooms, tons of beds, and plenty of space for entertaining the group!

As you pull up, we have plenty of parking and a two car garage that’s got all you need! An additional refrigerator, games, and beach essentials. Then, coming into the home, there are two rooms to the right. One has a queen bed and the other has 2 bunk beds, ideal for the kiddos! Between these two rooms is a full bathroom.

As you make your way down the hall you’ll hit the huge laundry room and flex space! This flex space really is multiple purpose. It has a pull out bed so it can be a 4th bedroom, but is also great for a movie, a little separation for the kids, or game nighttime!

Moving to the back of the home you hit the main living area that’s wide open to the kitchen and dinning room. The kitchen is entirely loaded and has a HUGE island!! Right on the other side of the dining table is your access to the back that has a modest table and is FULLY FENCED! Kid and pet friendly!

Finally we come to the master suite that is roomy and has a great bathroom and walk-in closet. This really is a great place to savor the NC coast and all the modest towns around it. We can’t wait to have you!

The entire home is all yours! Entire the home, fenced back yard, and vacant lot next to the home for all your needs.

Our top Rental booking tips and tricks:

When to book & When to go:

  • Book your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules often open twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families book their Summer rental homes during holiday gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • To find the best value, try shifting your vacation dates to the Spring or Fall shoulder seasons. May, September, and even October offer warmer temperatures, fewer crowds, and greatly reduced traffic.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager whether your family qualifies for a special rate.
  • Property management companies usually offer customers an option to add vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which will generally cost between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed days as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for additional information.
  • Look for your local Southport visitors guide magazine when you check-in. If your rental property doesn't have one, you can find them at local grocery stores and visitor centers. In addition to great information, travel guide magazines have coupons for nearby accommodations, tours and attractions.

Use filters to search efficiently:

  • Select a group lead, select your dates, and choose a budget.
  • Note the number bedrooms and the bed configuration your group requires. Coastal Eve Retreat-pets, fenced yard, beach gear, and more! has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
  • Precise information about bedrooms and bed types is commonly available online. If they are not listed, email the host before reserving the rental. Remember that most listings specify the maximum guest capacity, which oftentimes includes pull out couches in living rooms.
  • Remember to include your furry companions! Many vacation homes allow animals, but guidelines and restrictions apply. Type of pet, size and breeds may be limited. Remember to ask your host before booking, and study your rental agreement! Additional fees or costs might be applied to your agreement.
  • Are you looking for particular amenities? Most websites include search filters for amenities.
  • Suitable accessibility can make or ruin a vacation for guests that require the use of a wheelchair. .

Tips for a fantastic stay:

  • Add the host's contact information to your phone. Take a copy of check in/check out procedures.
  • Ask questions. You may need instructions for a fireplace, television set or WIFI setup. Contact your property manager. They are there to help! A brief telephone call prevents quite a few concerns.
  • Lock your rental while you're out and about. Protect your property!
  • To make certain that damages aren't attributed to your family's visit, inspect the rental for any problem areas during arrival. Make contact with the host right away to record any issues. If there is a dispute, having a record of problems and contact attempts will be very helpful.
  • Respecting quiet hours and parking rules can make a stay significantly more pleasurable. Be a good neighbor. You'll increase your chance to make some new local friends, and resident neighbors are an excellent source for finding the best local beaches.
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Local residents can frequently help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to find the best seashells, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for crabbing?
  • Double-check the rental property to confirm that you've packed all personal items at check-out. Check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Inspect the property one final time and look for any damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the host whenever possible. If the host isn't available, take pictures of the property to record its condition.
  • Did your family have a terrific stay? Most rental websites make it easy for vacationers to provide comments. If your rental property and/or property manager was terrific, they would love to hear about it. If anything was amiss and they failed to fix it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your comments.

Victory Beach Vacations

Visitors who are on the hunt for the postcard-perfect vacation rental in the heart of the Carolina Beach or Kure Beach area will find an enticing selection and plenty of friendly customer service when they rent through Victory Beach Vacations. Based in Carolina Beach in the coastal Cape Fear region, Victory Beach Vacations has more than 100 vacation rentals in all shapes and sizes to ensure that every vacationing family can find their dream home away from home on the beach.   When you book your Cape Fear getaway with Victory Beach Vacations, the fun doesn’t end when you leave the beach, it continues with an array of privately-owned properties outfitted with all of the amenities needed for a fabulous beach vacation.   Jenna Lanier, General Manager, explains that her family first opened the rental and property management business in 2002. At the forefront of Victory Beach operations is Lanier’s mother, Caroline Meeks. Meeks is both the Broker in Charge and co-owner with husband, Buck Meeks, who manages the Field Services team with Lanier’s husband, Scott.   For nearly 20 years, the Victory Beach team has worked tirelessly to establish a network of top-of-the-line rental properties for Cape Fear visitors to enjoy. “As far as our properties go,” explains Lanier, “they are all updated, well-furnished and appointed. “We have always performed post-cleaning inspections and since the pandemic, have put freshly laundered duvets over all of the comforters between rentals.”   Lanier emphasizes how important the guests experience is “we strive to give our guests a relaxing, stress free, memorable vacation.” This emphasis on customer service has led to Victory Beach Vacations having a 4.8 Google rating with over 300 reviews by happy owners and guests. In addition to Victory Beach’s superior sanitation practices, the company offers properties for every type of visitor. Choose from luxury oceanfront houses and condos to more reasonbly priced 2nd row properties with oceanviews. Many properties include pools and hot tubs as well, perfect for outdoor entertaining, and many are dog friendly.   Lanier also notes that all properties are within walking or driving distance to Pleasure Island’s main attractions – Carolina Beach and Kure Beach. The former, as described by Lanier, is the more commercialized of the two destinations and features a boardwalk, outdoor dining options and a plethora of weekly activities including fireworks, live music, amusement park pop-ups, and movies under the stars. Kure Beach offers a more residential feel with its fishing pier, intimate restaurants and family favorite, North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher.More water fun awaits, too. “There is a harbor and a canal that feed into the intercoastal. We have several properties on the harbor so guests can bring their boat, kayak, [or jet ski] and travel between islands,” says Lanier.   A stay with Victory Beach Vacations is an annual pilgrimage for most. “A large percentage of guests are previous guests. Some even reserve the same property for the next year as they’re checking out,” Lanier says. “It’s almost like it’s their personal vacation home.”   Even before guests arrive at their vacation destination, the Victory Beach Vacations’ website greets them with a live beach cam and exquisite aerial footage of both Carolina and Kure Beaches.
