Located in the peaceful 800 block of Ocean Boulevard West, the inverted floor plan of this Hobbs Intelligent Home offers a marvelous vista of the Atlantic. Coretec floor in all bedrooms. Rocking chair or porch swing? This home has both. Shade or sunshine? This home has both, with covered porches and an open upper deck. The boardwalk to the beach offers a shower with a foot wash in addition to the enclosed outdoor shower. Elegantly decorated, Bee Holden features a comfortable living area the whole family will appreciate, a dining table that seats 10 plus seating at the kitchen island, and roomy bedrooms.

The home provides a residential passenger elevator to make loading and unloading a breeze! No need to tote groceries and bags up the stairs. Please read and follow all posted rules.

Embrace the warmth of southern 'Hobbspitality'! Savor a welcome set of starter amenities, including one roll of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, dish soap, and a sponge. All bathrooms include one roll of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap. Your beds are made with fresh linens and a lightweight blanket, so you can jump right into making memories rather than making beds! While we provide a lightweight blanket, we urge you to bring additional layers for your comfort. Please note that while top bunk beds, trundles, sleeper couches, futons, and daybeds will not be made, we will provide fresh linens for them.

As a gift to you, this home offers a $250 credit for you to select top-quality beach gear for your vacation stay. You can choose from a range of items including bicycles, kayaks, paddleboards, body boards, and more. Simply select the gear you want for your vacation at least 48 hours before your scheduled check-in date, and VayK Gear will take care of the rest! Please note, a modest delivery fee may apply. Available when you stay between May 1 through the end of September.

Please be aware that although this is not a dog-friendly rental, the owner brings their personal pet to their property. Guests with animal allergies may want to consider an alternate home.

Located in Holden Beach, this vacation home is on the beach. Lockwood Folly Country Club and River's Edge Golf Club are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Holden Beach and Sailfish Park. Magic Mountain Fun Park and Planet Fun are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

Find your perfect vacation home:

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in the Southport area. To get the best vacation home within your budget, we recommend reserving in the Spring or Fall. You'll enjoy lower rates, greater selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of giant crowds at popular Southport attractions and restaurants.
  • Reserve your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally open a year in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacations during Christmas and Thanksgiving gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner if your group qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
