Resting directly on the marsh, this gorgeously decorated second row home is impressive! You will appreciate the inverted floor plan, with the sizable open-concept living room/dining room/kitchen located on the 2nd level. The living room and dining room are comfortably furnished, complete with unique additional seating, handsome floor, and modern lighting. The prepare in your family will adore creating gourmet meals in the well-appointed kitchen, complete with granite countertops, subway tile backsplash, and new stainless steel appliances. There is enough space for the entire family to gather for family meals or play games.

Bedroom #4 is located on the 1st level and is complete with a Queen bed, balcony access with marsh vistas, and a full private bath with a walk-in shower. Your family will appreciate the second living area on the 1st level near the entry door, complete with comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV.
