Welcome to our comfortable two-story home, located right on the 11th hole of the Bald Head Island club's golf course. Get ready to relax in the ground floor's King Primary bedroom, complete with constructed-ins, and a chic ensuite hidden behind a barn door. Ascend to the upper level of the home for two more suites, each with its own bathroom. Choose between the cavernous Twin bedroom suite and the more secluded Queen bed suite. Kids will adore the third floor, designed just for them with two twin beds and two trundle beds. And don't worry, we've got your entertainment covered with flat screen TVs in all bedrooms and Wi-Fi throughout the home. Located in Bald Head Island, this vacation home is next to a golf course. How to get the best rental home value:

  • Summer months are the most expensive season in coastal NC. Reserving a rental home in Fall or Spring months is our favorite way to save money on your vacation rental. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of desirable properties. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during June, July, and August. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Southport vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
  • Reserve your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules generally open twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups book their Summer rentals during Christmas and Thanksgiving gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Hosts sometimes offer discounts or promotional rates for veterans and active duty military. Remember to ask your host or property manager if rate reductions are available for your group before you book.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners frequently offer their guests an option to obtain vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel or extra gasoline expenses.   • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Neighbors can typically help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to order the best nachos, have a great night out, or the best spots for fine dining?
  • Lock your rental property while you're out! Don't let crooks ruin your trip.
  • Just prior to departing, take a walk-through to confirm you have not leave anything behind. Remember to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Go through the property a final time and scan for damages to contents or the property itself. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host is not available, remember to take pictures of the rental to record its condition.
  • After your trip, leave feedback! Property managers rely on great feedback to stimulate more reservations. They'll be grateful for your feedback. Alternatively, if something wasn't right, other vacationers will appreciate that you share your experience and help them have the best future vacation. Be fair with your review. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the manager could control the issue, and if so, whether they responded reasonably to solve it.
