Brand new construction island home on Holden Beach for the 2024 season! Beautiful and well-appointed, this new vacation rental home has it all! Located in the exclusive Pointe West community, you have access to a private community beach access (a fast 3-min. walk) and an Intracoastal waterway trail and day dock. Savor the vistas of the marsh and waterway from the decks and take in the ocean breeze. This home features a private swimming pool (open Easter through October) a tiki bar, an outside shower, and plenty of outdoor space to lounge and appreciate. Appreciate gorgeous colored lights in the private swimming pool and a gas grille to prepare dinner al fresco! Enjoy all the island vistas and breezes from the many covered porches and the screened-in porch off the master bedroom. Enjoy watching the boats passing on the Intracoastal waterway and all the wildlife the marsh offers with heron, egret, and even deer sightings! All the bathrooms have double vanities for convenience and a tankless water heater will ensure plenty of hot water for showers after a great day at the beach or the pool! Alternate public beach access can be accessed through the path across from the home that takes you to Ocean Blvd. then take a left (east) and the public beach access is across the street near 1017 OBW.

Embrace the warmth of southern 'Hobbspitality!' Enjoy a welcome set of starter amenities, including K cups, two rolls of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, hand soap, dish soap, kitchen cleaning wipes, and a sponge. All bathrooms include two rolls of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, bar soap, and a massage body bar.

Your beds are made with fresh linens and a lightweight blanket, so you can jump right into making memories rather than making beds! While we provide a lightweight blanket, we urge you to bring additional layers for your comfort. Please note that while top bunk beds, trundles, sleeper couches, futons, and daybeds will not be made, we will provide fresh linens for them.

This owner also provides bath & beach towel sets (one bath towel, one beach towel, one hand towel, and one washcloth) per occupancy for your convenience.

As a gift to you, this home offers a $250 credit for you to select top-quality beach gear for your vacation stay. You can choose from a range of items including bicycles, kayaks, paddleboards, body boards, and more. Simply select the gear you want for your vacation at least 48 hours before your scheduled check-in date, and VayK Gear will take care of the rest! Please note, a modest delivery fee may apply. About the Area

Located in Holden Beach, this vacation home is near the beach. Lockwood Folly Country Club and River's Edge Golf Club are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Holden Beach and Big Beach.   • Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking restrictions can make a stay more pleasurable. Be a good neighbor. You'll enhance your chance to make local friends, and resident neighbors are usually a fantastic source for finding the best local attractions.
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Residents can usually help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to grab the best tacos, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for BBQ?
  • Double-check every room of the property to confirm that you've packed everything at check-out. Remember to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Inspect the property a final time and scan for any damage. We advise inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager is not available, ensure that you take photos and video of the rental to record its condition.
