Come and "Sea" us right in the heart of Bald Head Island Marina at this four bedroom four and a half bath home! This home has a reverse floor plan which is made to savor the beautiful water vistas in the harbor. The first floor has two bedrooms with queen beds with their own bathrooms. The second floor is the living space and kitchen along with a half bath. The third floor has another queen bedroom with its own private bath. It doesn't stop there! There is a crofter located right above the garage next to the home with its own little getaway that has a two twin beds and bath. Talk about porch space, this home has a swinging day bed downstairs on an open porch to appreciate the salty breeze and the living space on the 2nd floor has a screened in porch overlooking handsome sunsets. • In the Southport area, The earlier you can reserve a vacation home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable vacation rentals are reserved early. Booking your vacation rental up to 12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental property.
• Summer is the most expensive season in coastal NC. To book the largest rental home within budget, we strongly suggest booking in Fall or Spring months. You'll enjoy lower rates, greater selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of giant crowds at your favorite Southport restaurants and activities. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Southport vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
• Some hosts offer special rates for veterans and active duty military. Check with your property manager to see if discounts are available for your family before you book.
• Management companies and individual rental owners frequently offer their guests an option to purchase vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed trip time as a result of medical-related issues or weather, as well as evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra fuel expenses. • Re-check the rental property to make sure that you've packed all of your belongings at departure. Make sure to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
• Go through the rental one final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host is not available, remember to take pictures of the property to record its condition at check-out.

If your rental property and/or property manager was fantastic, they would love to hear about it.
