The secondary living area is located on the 1st floor and offers tranquility and peaceful from your busy day in the warm sun. Accommodating up to 9 guests this home will ensure everybody is well rested for the day ahead. Bedroom #1 is located on the 1st floor with a twin / queen bunk bed, TV, and shared bathroom. Bedrooms #2 & #3 also located on the 1st floor and offer a queen bed, TV, and a shared jack & jill bathroom. Bedroom #4 is located on the 2nd floor with a king bed, TV, and private bathroom.

Outdoors you will find many sitting areas ideal for family meals or reading your go-to book. The enclosed outdoor shower will make it simple to wash all the sand, and salty ocean water off. Pet Friendly: $250 Non-returnable pet fee is required and is limited to a single dog up to 50 pounds. An additional dog(s) may be allowed supplied that they are pre-approved by PROACTIVE Vacations. Swimming pools are open each year from April 15 thru October 15. Pools are cleaned prior to arrival, and also cleaned mid-stay for 7 nighttime units.
