We adore the impressive sunrise and sunset vistas over the ocean from both decks as well as the vistas of the bridge and intracoastal waterway. It offers super convenient access on and off the Island and the convenience to walk to all the Island eateries, pickleball courts, ice cream, marina and coffee shop. Pool can be heated.
