Summary:
This quadplex has been a local landmark for years, housing countless groups of surfers and locals alike! Recently modernized and upfitted with high-end finishes, the building now is open to the public and giving everybody a chance to stay between the Ocean and Banks Channel. La Brisa is the top floor unit and has 3 bedrooms (2 King beds, 2 twin trundle beds), a completely equipped kitchen and partial water vistas of Banks Channel!

Tastefully finished by the team at Casa Del Sol and Galarde Interiors to provide a opulent yet laid back feel.

Guest Access:
There are 4 total units located at this property– 2 on the ground floor, 1 on the second floor and one on the top floor! There is assigned parking for each unit on the premises.

The Neighborhood:
Located on the South End of Wrightsville Beach, ‘6 Sunset’ is steps away from SUNdays Cafe, The Oceanic Restaurant and Pier, South End Surf Shop and just over 1 mile (1.2m) to downtown Wrightsville Beach.

Other Things to Note:

  • Please make sure to walk through the property a final time and scan for damages to contents or the property itself. We suggest inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can. If the property manager isn't available, remember to take video and pictures of the property to record its condition at check-out.
